The Role

You'll be responsible for:

Heating and plumbing installations for refurbishments and upgrades. Boiler installations, servicing, fault finding, and repairs. Gas safety inspections and landlord certificates. Central heating and underfloor heating maintenance and repairs. Gas appliance installations (cookers, fires, hobs). Plumbing repairs, bathrooms, cylinders, and tanks. Emergency plumbing callouts and leak detection. Providing professional, courteous, and reliable service in high-quality residential properties.

What You'll Need

Valid ACS certification (with current CCN1 and relevant tickets). At least 5 years' experience in domestic heating and plumbing. Full UK driving licence. Own professional tools. Strong customer service skills -- you'll be the face of our 5-star service. Knowledge of current gas safety regulations and plumbing standards. Professional attitude and pride in workmanship.
