Job Description

Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain gas systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Conduct inspections to identify gas leaks or other safety hazards
- Test and adjust gas pressure and flow rates
- Perform routine maintenance on gas appliances and equipment
- Respond to emergency calls for gas-related issues
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time

Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Gas Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of gas systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and adjusting gas pressure and flow rates
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes

Skills:

- Ability to weld and assemble gas pipes and fittings
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairing gas appliances
- Plumbing skills for connecting gas lines to appliances and fixtures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for installation and repair work
