Key Responsibilities:

Efficient Job Management:

Handle 3-8 job assignments per day within London, ensuring high standards of work and punctual completion.

Installation and Repairs:

Conduct installations, maintenance, and repairs of gas appliances and plumbing systems, following safety guidelines and customer specifications.

Safety Inspections:

Perform thorough gas safety inspections and plumbing system checks in both residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with UK safety regulations.

Emergency Services:

Respond promptly to emergency calls, providing quick and effective solutions for gas and plumbing issues.

Customer Interaction:

Deliver excellent customer service, offering professional advice and addressing client queries with clear communication.

Regulatory Adherence:

Stay updated on and adhere to the latest UK gas safety standards and plumbing regulations.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all jobs, including services provided, materials used, and time spent.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order for reliable and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Valid Gas Safe registration. NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in gas and plumbing services. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service and communication skills.
