Job Description

We are a York based company situated close to the city centre , seeking a skilled plumber/gas engineer to join our team. The candidate must have a strong knowledge of domestic plumbing and heating installations and maintenance.

Plumber/Gas Engineer



Overview:

To be able to carry out repair and service domestic plumbing/heating installations and appliances in a professional manner and to a high standard in accordance with current regulations/legislation. To carry out boiler/central heating installations. To be competent to carry out all general plumbing and gas works.

Competencies:



Be capable of working efficiently problem solving skills, attention to detail, uses own initiative ability to demonstrate good customer care good time keeper full UK driving licence.

Schedule:



Monday to Friday Overtime Saturday morning availability (only 1 in 4 basis)

Education / Experience:



GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Plumbing: 2 years (required)

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Gas Safe Registered preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 18.82 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
