and participation in the out of normal hours rota to cover emergency plumbing

We have got an exciting opportunity for YOU to become a key part of our busy and dedicated Heating Team!

Based within the Repairs and Maintenance Department at our friendly offices on Hundred Acre Lane, Worksop, you will play a vital role in delivering heating installations and a range of plumbing, servicing, and repair work across our housing stock.

We are looking for a qualified expert with:



At least 5 years' experience in domestic plumbing and gas heating installations

A commitment to high standards, efficient performance, and tenant satisfaction

The ability to thrive in occupied premises, delivering respectful and professional service every time
City & Guilds Craft and Advanced certificate in plumbing or similar i.e.
NVQ level 2 & 3 in plumbing.
Gas ACS, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, WAT1, HTR1, CPA1
Level 3 energy Efficiency Domestic Heating
City & Guilds Water Regulations
