The Role:
You will be responsible for service and maintenance of gas, plumbing, heating systems including small installation and replacement works.
The role involves working on a variety of projects and client sites, so a flexible and professional attitude is essential.
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
Annual service and maintenance of domestic, and or commercial gas boilers and heating systems.
Reactive repair works and fault diagnosis to domestic, and or commercial gas plumbing and heating systems.
Service and maintenance of air source heat pump systems.
Small scale gas, plumbing and heating installation and replacement works.
Compliance: Adhere to all company and customer health and safety regulations and ensuring all works are completed to industry regulations and company standards.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, keeping clients informed of all works undertaken and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Completing commissioning and testing as required.
Working independently or as part of a team.
Liaising with clients, office staff and managers.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and technical communications on-site, submitting information via our CRM system for further action by coordinators and managers.
Additional Duties:
Undertake other tasks not limited to this list that may be required by the company.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 within the industry or equivalent.
Current domestic and commercial gas certificates
Gas Safe registered (or willing to become registered).
Experience:
Proven experience in domestic and commercial gas, heating and plumbing installation.
Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service skills, methodical problem-solving abilities.
Other:
Full UK driving license.
