Role Overview,

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Heating Service Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves the servicing and maintenance of gas boilers and appliances, heating system repairs, and air source heat pump servicing (training provided). The successful candidate will also complete minor plumbing repairs as required.

Key Responsibilities,

Carry out annual servicing of domestic gas boilers, fires, and heating systems
Diagnose and repair faults on heating and plumbing systems
Service and maintain air source heat pumps (training and certification provided if required)
Complete small plumbing works such as valve, tap, and cylinder repairs
Record service and repair data using company iPad and job management software
Deliver a professional and friendly service to customers across Brighton, Hove, and surrounding areas
Requirements,

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
Current Gas Safe registration or eligibility
Full UK driving licence
Experience with domestic heating systems and controls
Heat pump knowledge an advantage (training provided)
Good communication and customer-service skills
