About the role

We're now looking for a Domestic Gas Surveyor to join our friendly team in the North to carry out central heating and boiler replacement surveys across the Northeast and Cumbria Regions.

You'll play a crucial role in supporting the business to successfully deliver the reactive boiler replacement programme in customers' homes across the Northern Regions. You will work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service to our customers in line with our vision and values.

You will support and promote technical innovation and continuous improvement ensuring Evolve fully complies with all requirements set out in company policies and procedures.
You will contribute the service we deliver to the Riverside customers and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

This role will include working with a team as well as lone working to meet our desired deadlines.

Apply your knowledge, skills, and training to complete the repairs assigned to you in a safe, efficient manner. Taking care that they are of high quality, comply with technical specifications and provide a long-lasting solution.

What we're looking for

Essential

Minimum of 2 years installation experience, and you must hold relevant ACS qualifications. Qualifications in CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, NVQ2 or 3. A full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year. Have commercial driving experience. Be able to demonstrate a high level of customer care. Access to your own tools. Respiratory Protective Equipment will be provided for this role, so you must be clean shaven on your first day. If there are circumstances where it is not appropriate for an employee to be clean shaven (e.g., medical conditions or religious grounds), the company will ensure that adjustments are in place to accommodate protected characteristics. Ideally, you will have previously worked in a social housing environment.
