Gatehouse & Logistics Co?ordinator
to become the welcoming face of Ravago at our King's Lynn site. This is a key role ensuring safe, efficient and professional access to the site while supporting our logistics and customer service teams.

About Us
Ravago Building Solutions is the largest producer of extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation in Europe, following our acquisition in 2018 of seven XPS production plants and the technology from DowDuPontInc.
In the UK, our Ravatherm XPS X range of thermal insulation can be used in a wide range of roofing and flooring applications. We offer a wide range of products in several thicknesses, different surfaces and various compressive strengths to meet the performance requirements of buildings.

What You'll Be Doing
Gatehouse & Site Access
Act as the front?of?house presence at the main gate
Operate site access gates, barriers and the weighbridge for vehicle checks
Welcome and manage drivers, visitors and contractors professionally
Logistics & Administration
Prepare transport orders and shipping paperwork
Book inbound raw materials into SAP
Arrange smaller shipments and customer sample deliveries
Support Customer Service with exceptions and special requirements
Use your expertise to resolve first?level logistics issues
Stock & Systems
Maintain accurate stock levels and locations in SAP
Create reports, pick lists, cycle counts and KPIs
Execute inventory cycle counting, including reconciliation
Produce documentation to support logistics activities
Provide backup support to the wider logistics team
Safety & Standards
Promote safe behavior and excellent housekeeping
Work closely with EH&S to maintain high safety standards
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
High attention to detail
Confident using Excel and MS Office
Experience in manufacturing or logistics operations
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
Familiarity with SAP or similar business systems (highly desirable)
Fork lift license is required will be provided.
