Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Relief Gatehouse Security Officer

to join our team in the

Carmarthenshire

area. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our client's site, ensuring all access and control procedures are followed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Control access to and from the site. Greet and process visitors, staff, and contractors, recording personnel and vehicle details. Direct visitors and contractors appropriately and ensure professional site conduct. Maintain a safe and secure environment at all times. Prevent unauthorised access and handle incidents professionally. Support emergency and evacuation procedures. Professionally monitor CCTV. Conduct searches in accordance with company procedures.

Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence

(applications without a valid SIA licence will not be considered).

Full 5-year checkable employment/education history.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A professional, reliable, and proactive attitude.
