We Clean Offices are recruiting a

Gatehouse Security Operator

to join our professional team on a

full-time, permanent basis

. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping people, property, and assets safe while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Control access to site, ensuring only authorised personnel enter. Welcome, assist, and direct visitors in a professional and helpful manner. Identify and respond appropriately to any security concerns or potential risks. Conduct colleague and contractor searches in line with client policy. Collaborate with the client to identify risks and review CCTV footage during stock loss investigations. Maintain accurate incident reports and security logs.

Requirements

Must have lived in the

UK for at least 5 years

(for SC clearance). Hold a

valid SIA Licence

. Have a

full, checkable 5-year employment history

.

Full UK driving licence

and access to your own vehicle. Strong

attention to detail

and excellent

verbal and written communication skills

. Friendly, calm, and professional when dealing with customers and conflict. Motivated and able to work independently.
