We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be capable of handling maintenance duties. Have CSCS card and right to work in uk.

Duties

Assisting with site maintenance and general upkeep to ensure safety and efficiency Handling manual labour tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials Supporting management in organising work schedules and coordinating team activities Conducting routine inspections and reporting any maintenance issues promptly Ensuring the work area remains clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety regulations Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to facilitate smooth workflow Duties include stand on the gate when site requires

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or manual handling role is advantageous . Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures is desirable Strong communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and safety compliance Valid driving licence is preferred to support transportation needs on-site or between locations
