Gateway
Co-ordinator
to join our Association. The Gateway Co-ordinator will be based in our offices in
Stoke.
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.
We provide quality housing, deliver tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the role
As Gateway Coordinator you will work as part of a team to promote our services to potential customers, stakeholders and landlords.
You'll be the first point of contact introducing our unique service approach and working with other professionals to fully understand the customer needs.
You'll need to really engage with customers and quickly get them on board to ensure they receive the very best service that's reactive and tailored to them, to prevent and reduce homelessness.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.

Adullam offers the following benefits:
Salary 24,570 per annum
dependent on experience for 37.5
hours
per week,
