We are currently looking to recruit a fixed term Documentation Coordinator to join the Documentation team in Southampton UK on a full-time hours contract. The Documentation Coordinator is responsible for timely and accurate execution of the activities within the documentation process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Create bills in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with shipper's instructions as well as Customs requirements and regulations
Release bills to customers in accordance with customer's credit agreements
Service out internal and external customers via various communication channels
Analyse and resolve issues related to bills of lading and invoices
Monitor and correct EDI messaging in relation to the Documentation process
Keep WW Ocean systems updated as required
Meet KPIs on a monthly basis
Comply with the WW Ocean documentation/customs processes
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Proficient with MS Office - i.e Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Systems - Customer Service applications
Customer focused
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
Strong organisation skills
Able to meet deadlines
Good attention to detail
Abilty to problem solve

Shipping Documentation - international shipping & local authority regulations experience
