About The Role

12.60 per hour working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Day shifts. There will also be a requirement for holiday and sickness cover up to 40 hours a week.





To maintain the hygiene standards which are required within the client site, through plant and environmental cleaning.



Main duties and Responsibilities


To carry out all cleaning tasks as detailed by the Cleaning Instruction Cards / work schedule, to agreed standard, as directed by the Hygiene Supervisor/Relief Hygiene Supervisor/Site Hygiene Manager To carry out all tasks with due regard to the contract specification and all legislation including Health and Safety, and Personal Hygiene. To ensure correct materials, equipment and methods are used at all times and equipment is kept clean and in good working order. Report faulty machinery / equipment immediately to your supervisor. To ensure company / client provided uniform is kept clean and tidy and is always worn whilst at work. To use every effort to develop and maintain effective working relationships with our customer and your colleagues. To ensure that all machinery is Isolated / locked off prior to cleaning, as trained. Correct use "as trained" of hazardous chemicals - acids / alkalis To attend training as required by your Line Manager / supervisor. Report all accidents and 'near misses' to your Line Manager / supervisor.

Skills & Experience required

Comfortable working alone and as part of a team Ability to prioritise and manage an ever-changing workload Cleaning experience would be preferred however full training will be provided A good understanding of English, both written and spoken
