Provide one-on-one tutoring/group sessions to GCSE English students (Evenings) Must be able to travel to our centre in Blackwood* Assess students' academic needs and develop personalised lesson plans to address their specific areas of improvement
Utilise effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance students' understanding of English concepts, including reading, writing, comprehension, and literature
Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents or guardians
Collaborate with teachers and other educational professionals to ensure alignment with classroom curriculum
Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment for students
Skills:
Strong tutoring skills with the ability to explain complex English concepts in a clear and concise manner
Experience working with children, particularly those with special education needs
Knowledge of various teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
