Based in Orpington high street , Kent, our tuition company delivers first-rate tuition for children aged 7 to 10 years preparing for their 11plus exams. Topics covered include English, Maths, Verbal and Non Verbal reasoning at 11 plus level. We host weekly topic tests and yearly mock exams and also offer seasonal summer and Easter courses.
On a typical week, we provide focused group tuitions to year 4 and 5 students (3-8 students per class) hours are as below-
Monday to Fridays ( online and face to face )16:30-18:00
Saturday- 11:30-13:00 and 15:00-17:00
Sunday- 15:00-18:00
We are slowly expanding to start taking on GCSE students, we will be focusing mostly on helping them with common topics of GCSE maths, hosting practise exams and helping them with past papers.
What we are looking for
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic teacher or academic students studying mathematics at A-level/university level to tutor students at 11 plus/GCSE level.
Strong logical and critical skills to help with practise papers involving verbal, non-verbal and english at 11 plus level.
We are looking for individuals who are fully conversant with the National Curriculum and teaching methods at Schools, previous tutoring expereince is benefical but not essentail if the candidate meets the academic skills required for this role.
This job can appeal to experienced teachers or graduates/academic students with relevant skills looking for part-time tutoring jobs.
Pay will be between 13-25 per hour depending on the level of expereince.

We are expanding our company and are looking to select tutors to support our growth, as we hope to expand our services from 11 Plus to taking on GCSE students.
