Responsibilities

Deliver customised tutoring sessions to students based on their unique learning requirements and curriculum. Develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials to facilitate effective learning. Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Support students with homework, exam preparation, and skill development across various subjects. Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that boosts student confidence and motivation. Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements.

Experience

Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or mentoring roles is preferred. Experience working with children or in special education environments is highly desirable. Experience working with learners not in mainstream education setting Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and engage students of different ages and abilities. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and needs. Passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
