Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to helping students achieve their academic goals through personalised instruction and support. This role involves working closely with children to enhance their understanding of various subjects, providing tailored educational experiences that cater to individual learning styles.

Duties

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in specific subjects, ensuring that each student's unique needs are met. Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly to optimise learning outcomes. Communicate effectively with students and educators to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation. Support students with special educational needs by implementing appropriate strategies and resources to facilitate their learning.

Skills

Strong communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction with students of varying ages and backgrounds. Experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in subjects relevant to the tutoring role. Familiarity with special education practices and the ability to adapt lessons for children with diverse learning requirements. A passion for educating and inspiring young minds, demonstrating patience and empathy in all interactions. Experience working with children in an educational setting, showcasing an understanding of child development and learning processes.
