Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. As a Tutor, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting students in their learning journey.

This role is required to assist the Centre Director in delivering the agreed courses as set out in the relevant guidance documents and course notes, in a professional and diligent manner. To ensure that students achieve their complete potential and are supported to learn and develop using the set material at all times as appropriate.

Primary Responsibilities:

To deliver the set lessons in the relevant subject area, in a way that meets the student's individual needs. To offer regular feedback to students and their parents or other responsible adults as appropriate To ensure that the learning material is used to support learning is up-to-date and relevant to each subject area To turn up to teach sessions in good time, and well prepared with any lesson plans or other material as needed To teach in a way that is non-discriminatory, nor judgemental and act in a professional and impartial way at all times To report to the centre director on a regular basis about the progress of students and to offer feedback on the material being used To offer suggestions for continuous quality improvements To safeguard and promote the welfare of children To adhere to all of our centre policies and procedures in place, in relation to the following, this is not an exhaustive list.
