Duties

Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement, motivation, and independence. Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities, including those with special educational needs. Maintain organised records of sessions, progress reports, and lesson plans for each student. Collaborate with parents, guardians, or school staff to support the student's overall educational development.

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and subjects. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Experience working with children and understanding of child development principles. Knowledge of special education strategies and inclusive teaching practices is desirable. Organised, patient, and adaptable approach to meet diverse learner needs. Ability to motivate students and foster a positive attitude towards learning.
