We are currently seeking a
GDC-registered
Treatment Coordinator with excellent communication skills, clinical knowledge, and a proactive approach to patient care. This is a key role within our growing team, providing patients with a seamless, supportive, and informative journey from initial enquiry through to treatment completion.

We are a well-established, state-of-the-art private dental practice known for delivering outstanding patient care in a calm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to clinical excellence, cutting-edge treatments such as Implants, Sedation, Smile Makeovers, Clear Aligners and Endodontics using digital x - rays and intra oral cameras. We work towards building long-term patient relationships with patients from their first visit with our highly skilled and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-to-one consultations with new and existing patients
Discuss treatment plans, procedures, finance options, and answer patient questions confidently
Support clinicians in converting treatment plans and maintaining a high level of case acceptance
Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure smooth patient communication
Liaise with dental teams to maintain seamless care throughout the patient journey
Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with GDPR and GDC standards
Build and post social media content
Maintain patient trackers
Monthly management meetings reporting KPIs
Diary management
Responsible for the out of hours emergency phone

Requirements
GDC registration
is
essential
Minimum of 3
years' experience
in a Treatment Coordinator
essential
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Sales and customer service experience (ideally within dentistry)
Highly organised, proactive, and patient-focused
Experience with Canva or similar platform
Competent with dental software (We currently use SOE but will be transferring over SFD end of October )
