We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised General Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing job bookings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our logistics operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Checking notes for accuracy
Verifying correct prefixes
Confirming accurate dates
Ensuring correct invoicing details
Preparing CSV files for completed jobs
Managing POC/POD records.
Marking jobs as delivered on platforms (including calculating costs)
Reviewing and marking expense queries from drivers
Double checking paperwork and uploading to our systems
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data management tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
