Job Role : General Administrator
Location : Cardiff
Salary : \xc2\xa327,000 - \xc2\xa328,000
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (some flexibility could be offered)
Onsite parking

Acorn by Synergie is working with our client who are seeking two Administrators to support their office functions at their site in Cardiff.

Job Duties:

  • Dealing with clients and internal staff via various communication channels such as email, phone calls and in person
  • Keeping records up to date on the systems used
  • Adhoc office support duties where required
  • Supporting Compliance and HR
  • Risk assessments and Health & Safety
  • Transferring data
  • Online Web based platforms
Requirements
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with demonstrable customer
  • Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment as part of a team
  • IT skills - Experience in entering data accurately into operational software with some experience with the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a team and be flexible to requirements
Due to the location of the work, candidates would require their own transport.
