Summary
We are seeking a General Office Administrator to join our team at CSS Motors. In this role, you will be essential in maintaining smooth office operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Your contributions will directly enhance our customer service and operational efficiency.
You must be highly organised, enthusiastic, motivated, friendly, able to use initiative, and a hard working team player.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to clients.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Organize office files and maintain an orderly workspace.
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
Support financial processes for invoicing and record-keeping.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
Requirements
Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
Experience within the motor trade would be ideal (garage/repair centre/motor factor etc)
Basic accounts knowledge is a bonus.
