Role Overview:




West Ham United Football Club is seeking a driven and ambitious General Admission Sales Executive to join our dynamic Club London Hospitality Sales team. This role is focused on selling matchday and seasonal ticket products within general admission areas of the stadium, as well as driving group bookings and entry-level hospitality upgrades.



As a key part of the wider commercial team, you will proactively engage with fans, prospects, and local businesses to maximise ticket sales and contribute to achieving revenue targets across our general admission inventory. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented individual looking to progress within a Premier League football club's sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:




Drive sales of general admission tickets, group bookings, and seasonal memberships through outbound calling, email campaigns, and in-person engagement.


Identify and nurture new business leads, targeting local businesses, schools, community groups, and supporters.


Manage a personal pipeline of prospects and ensure a high conversion rate through effective sales techniques and customer service.


Upsell fans and ticket buyers to entry-level hospitality options and promote Club London offers where appropriate.


Support matchday operations including hosting prospects, coordinating ticket collections, and managing guest experiences.


Collaborate with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotional strategies.


Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions and sales activity.


Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on individual and team KPIs and performance.


Support wider Club London hospitality team initiatives and work cross-functionally when required.

Person Specification:



Key Skills & Experience:




Proven experience in sales or telesales, preferably within sport, events, hospitality, or ticketing.


A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.


Target-driven mindset with a strong ability to close sales and exceed KPIs.


Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is desirable.


Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
