Summary

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our dynamic team in central GB. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and creating inviting dining experiences that align with our mission of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality standards. Provide excellent customer service during meal service, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas. Adhere to food safety guidelines and practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support efficient operations. Assist with inventory management and stock control as needed. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through upselling when appropriate. Support team members in various tasks as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management are preferred. Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Culinary experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
