Who are we?

Sodafountain is a multi-award winning, vibrant family-run business and the only commercial producer of kombucha in the Northeast of Scotland. Since launching our business in February 2020, we've been on a mission to brew bold, authentic craft kombuchas, ginger beers and functional sodas. We've recently moved into our new headquarters on John Street in Aberdeen and we're looking to grow our business. We're entering an exciting new chapter and hiring our very first employee. The opportunity - General Assistant

We are looking for a General Assistant to join us at this exiting stage of our growth. This is a unique opportunity to become part of our journey from the ground up and play a key role in producing drinks that our customers love. In this role, you will:

Craft our award-winning kombucha and functional sodas, following our production processes with care and consistency. Support day to day operations business - in a small, fast-moving team, no two days are the same! Pack and label orders ready to deliver. Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workspace. Support us in getting our new headquarters ready including our upcoming cafe space. Pitch in wherever needed as we continue to grow and involve.
At this time, the role is offered on a zero-hour basis with flexible working hours up to 16 hours per week. Please note that weekly hours may vary and are not guaranteed although we hope that this role will grow in time with the business!

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: From 12.71 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 16 per week
