Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers, handle inquiries, and provide excellent service.
Telephone Management:
Answer and direct calls professionally, take messages, and provide relevant information.
Retail Support:
Assist with stocking shelves, organising merchandise, processing transactions, and maintaining a tidy store environment.
Coffee Shop Assistance:
Support both front of house and back of house operation as required.
Administrative Duties:
Handle paperwork, data entry, scheduling, and other office-related tasks.
General Maintenance:
Ensure workspaces are clean and organised, assist with deliveries, and support team members as required.
