Working on reception you will enjoy greeting our customers and getting to know the regulars. This role requires excellent customer service skills. Our parties department a full of energy, fun and celebrations. This department requires bubbly energetic people. This also includes potential face painting skills. Our food and beverage department feeds and refreshes many tired and worn out children throughout the day so they can recharge and play again. This role requires excellent customer service skills. Our busy Kitchen constantly produces healthy and high quality meals through out the day. This role requires excellent attention to detail and time keeping skills. Assist on running our Laser department and help with customer enquiries. This role requires excellent customer service skills. Our toddler classes are extremely popular. We are looking for bright energetic entertainers for this department also.
As well as being enthusiastic and fun you will also need to be a hardworking member of the team, after the customers have gone we have to clean and tidy ready for the next day, make sure all the checks have been done and the paperwork has been completed.

You will take a pride in the Zoomania brand and all it offers and be the friendly face of our business and be a proud role model for the brand.
