General Assistant / Bike Builder
Job Description
The successful candidate will be joining an inclusive, friendly, dynamic and fun team who take pride in their work and who enjoy building long-term relationships with their customers within a varied role.
The Role:
You will be Joining our team in Cambridge.
You will be supporting the team in the assembly of cycles, serving customers and general work around the store.
Experience:
Cycle shop experience preferred but not essential.
Can calmly work under pressure and to successfully manage and control standards, systems, and processes to a very high level.
Have a hands-on, can do approach and mentality.
Training:
We are committed to on-going training to ensure that you can be the best you can be and pride ourselves on the continuation of the development of each of our team members.
We are a seven day a week business. If successful, you will need to be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
