About the Role:

We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated and organised General Assistant to support the smooth daily running of our clinic. This is a varied role that involves both clients facing and behind the scenes responsibilities.

Working Schedule:

Full-Time option:

Tuesday: 12.45pm to 8.45pm

Wednesday: 9.45am to 5.45pm

Thursday: 12.45pm to 8.45pm

Friday: 9.45am to 5.45pm

Saturday: 9.45am to 5.45pm

Part-Time option:

Tuesday: 12.45pm to 8.45pm

Thursday: 12.45pm to 8.45pm

Saturday: 9.45am to 5.45pm

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting clients in a calm, supportive manner Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining hygiene standards Managing bookings and general reception duties Supporting therapists with treatment preparation and clean-up Assisting with stock control and product information (including probiotics) Light administrative tasks and brand advocacy.

We're Looking For:

Previous clinic, spa, or wellness environment experience (preferred but not essential as full training will be provided) A warm, friendly personality with a professional approach Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Interest in gut health, wellness and probiotic therapies Ability to work flexibly and as part of a small team

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 35 per week
