Summary

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the quality of our services and ensuring that our guests feel at home during their stay. Your contributions will be essential in creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Responsibilities

Assist in daily operations of the hotel to ensure a smooth guest experience. Help maintain cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas. Support food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide assistance and enhance their stay. Participate in upselling hotel services and amenities to guests. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations is an asset. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
