Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Assistant to join our team at Woodbury Park Hotel & Golf Club. This role is essential in supporting various departments within our hotel and leisure complex to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

Assist in various departments including clearing tables, restocking food and bar supplies, polishing cutlery, running errands for the Duty Manager across Leisure, Golf and the Food outlets Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the hotel. Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of service. Provide assistance to guests with inquiries or requests to ensure a memorable stay.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential. Ability to work at pace and under pressure during peak times. A passion for delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.

National minimum wage applies to your age group:

Under 18yrs - 7.55 per hour

18yrs - 21yrs - 10.00 per hour

Over 21yrs - 12.21 per hour

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: Up to 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
