Engage with customers to promote menu items and upsell specials, enhancing their dining experience. Perform basic math calculations for portioning ingredients and managing stock levels. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service delivery. Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.

Requirements

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred, showcasing familiarity with food preparation techniques. Understanding of food safety standards and best practices in a culinary environment. Basic math skills for managing inventory and portion sizes effectively. Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks during peak hours. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both customers and team members. A willingness to learn about upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction. Culinary experience is an advantage but not essential; a passion for food is what truly matters.
