The Role

Signature Dining are seeking an

General Assistants at St Luke's Hospice

. We are seeking a confident individual with a can do attitude and a flexible approach to their work, along with desire to further their skills and career.

12.21 per hour, we have one vacancy for 15 hours per week. Shifts for will be allocated on a rota basis.

Some evening and weekend work will be required, your responsibilities will be to:

Aid in the preparation of high quality meals using the finest fresh ingredients and presented with love and care Support the kitchen in providing breakfast, lunch and supper service Perform daily cleaning duties, as required by the chef manager Report directly to the chef manager Complete additional tasks at the request of the chef manager

As our General Assistant You Will...

Have experience of working in a similar environment Be able to commit to flexible working patterns Have good communication skills Demonstrate effective team work skills Be willing to assist with some light food preparation Be comfortable engaging with the elderly and individuals with additional needs, and their relatives Have a natural passion for providing excellent customer service Have completed Health & Safety and Food Safety Training
