Summary

We are seeking a General Assistant to join our friendly team at Port Charlotte Hotel. In this role, you will support various hotel operations while enjoying the benefits of working in a beautiful location. This position is perfect for someone or a couple eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily operations of the hotel and restaurant. Provide excellent customer service to guests and patrons. Handle phone inquiries and reservations efficiently and professionally. Support administrative tasks including data entry and clerical duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and workspaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during meal times.

Requirements

Ability to multi-task covering reception, Front of House and Bar Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: 12.50 per hour
