Job Description

Specsavers Kings Lynn Hardwick is looking for General assistants to help with our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers (Full Training Provided)

This position is located in our Kings Lynn Hardwick branch.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the stores and general cleanliness of the stores Preparing and packaging orders for customers Assisting with inventory control when necessary Assisting with duties as assigned by the manager Assisting Customers Assisting in our call centre with admin and answering calls
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong communication skills - verbal & written Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Salary range : 5.28-12.24per hour
