Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. Provide excellent service to customers, taking orders and serving food promptly. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations. Support kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including basic cooking and plating. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience, including upselling menu items. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management as required.

Experience

Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food safety practices is essential. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Experience in serving or customer-facing roles will be an advantage. A keen interest in the culinary field and willingness to learn new skills is essential.
