Centra Shore Road (Trackside) is recruiting a General Assistant to join our retail team.

Working Hours

Various shifts available, mainly daytime Early morning starts may include 6:30am Primarily weekday shifts, with some evening and weekend work required
Key Responsibilities

Provide consistently high standards of customer service Operate tills/POS systems accurately, handling cash and card payments Maintain excellent store standards, including cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and date/freshness checks Support stock control, loss prevention, and waste reduction Carry out deli duties when required
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar retail role Must be 18 years or over due to key-holding duties Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours Ability to work independently and as part of a team
