Oversee Daily Operations: Manage front desk, welcome guests , helping in kitchen, room attendant, coordinate all related suppliers ; laundry service, food suppliers, maintenance building and adherence to health and safety .
Support General manager in strategic planning and marketing , and management overall performance .
To ensure guest exceptional satisfaction including addressing to guest requirement promptly with high service standard.
