General Assistant

Trelawney Garden Centre, Sladesbridge, Wadebridge

Reception / Tills cover

To work every Sunday 10am - 4pm and overtime when needed.

We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as General Assistant, who is able to cover our reception desk at our Garden Centre. We are looking for someone with an energetic personality who is highly motivated. The position customer service based, and the ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to handle complaints and general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.

The main role of this job will include but not limited to:

Answering phonelines

Problem solver

Work individually and as part of a team

Be flexible depending on the needs of the day

Refunds and exchanges

Dealing with complaints in a professional and friendly manner

Online orders

Payment links using our online systems

Tills cover when needed

Helping with our online feedback and answering queries
