Legacy Hotels and Resorts have an exciting opportunity for a General Assistant to join the Reception and Food & Beverage team at the Best Western Metro Pontypool.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager you will be proficient in the use of front office systems and have bar experience to cover the bar when needed. You will be proactive in your approach and strive to always ensure the highest standard of guest care is delivered to our customers. Our team are also trained on breakfast service to support shifts on the breakfast/ proud to serve Starbucks.

We have available:

8-16 hours per week to be worked on a rota basis to include weekends; there may also be the opportunity for overtime.

We are inviting applications from experienced Hotel Receptionists/General Assistants only, ideally with bar experience and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service.
