We're looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant

to support the

day-to-day cafe operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering top-tier customer service

- making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a

friendly, engaging atmosphere

.

Assisting with food drink preparation

- supporting baristas and chefs in

delivering fresh, high-quality products

.

Keeping the cafe running smoothly

- helping with

cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep

.

Taking orders serving customers

- ensuring

fast and efficient service with a smile

.

Presenting products beautifully -

ensuring displays look

abundant, inviting,

and

visually appealing.

Maintaining health safety standards

- ensuring the cafe remains

clean, safe,

and

Bringing energy enthusiasm

- supporting a

positive, team-focused work environment

.

Previous customer service experience
