Hours: 10-30 Hours per week available
Must be able to cover days, evenings and weekends on a shift basis.
Pay Rate: 12.21ph

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our team in Ellesmere College, United Kingdom. As a General Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally
• Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
• Collaborate with team members to support operational efficiency and create a positive work environment
• Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as specific food service guidelines
• Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn new skills
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in team meetings and offering innovative ideas
• Handle basic cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems when required
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary

Qualifications

• Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to company standards
