Summary

Responsibilities
Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs.
Support the culinary team with various kitchen tasks as required.
Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.
Participate in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Assist with general day to day duties in the hotel and housekeeping.
Requirements
Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for excellent customer service.
