Summary
We are seeking a General Assistant to join our dynamic team at Wild Oak Group Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service while supporting various operations within our establishment.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
Support front-of-house staff in delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain food safety standards and adhere to hygiene regulations.
Manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Assist with upselling menu items to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety practices.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing great service.
