Job Overview

We are seeking a Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and reliability.

I am looking for somebody that can work 3-5 days per week, suitable for a student with a good amount of availability. MUST have driving license and own transport preferable but not necessary depending on where candidate lives. Flexible job with a lot of comfortable work, and some heavy lifting and busier times.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Assist skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed, providing support wherever necessary. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring compliance with site policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required. A valid driver's licence is mandatory.
