Job Description
We are looking for a
reliable
general builder, preferably with some experience incarpentry
.We are a small
tight knit team
, who are now growing and looking to bringgood workers
onboard.You (along the entire team) may also occasionally have to
muck in
on manual days: ripping up floors or strip walls etc.Pay will increase
once we have had a trial period working together andtrust
has been builtYou need to be
open to taking direction
from the lead builder, and also able to make some decisions yourself.There's a good spirit in the team and we'd like to bring on people that are also looking for a nice work environment
Work will be in and around the
Birmingham area
. The aim is constant work week on week, but we can discuss the manner of employment when we speak.Job Types: Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: 130.00-160.00 per day
Work Location: In person
