Overview

We are seeking a skilled Builder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various building projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

Duties

Carry out carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, and installation of fixtures Perform construction painting duties to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects Execute grandworks,drainage Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and Structrual work Conduct welding operations for structural components as needed plastering and screeding Utilise hand tools and power tools proficiently for various construction activities Participate in fabrication processes to create custom components for building projects Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in carpentry, tiling , construction painting, groundworks, masonry, driveways, and plastering Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the building trade A strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
